The Foxglove is an easy fitting blouse fashioned with romantic tailoring. Its rounded collar is evocative of a Peter Pan collar but executed in an elegant petite proportion. Popping this collar creates a gorgeous petal shape that frames the face beautifully. Small tucks run parallel to the small placket, a delicate detail you will find on vintage French nightshirts. The voluminous sleeve is a restrained version of a bishop sleeve that tapers with deep pleats into a small rounded cuff. The plentitude of fabric in sleeve gives the wearer a sense of whimsy and may increase your urge for dancing, conducting music, or reaching high into the cupboard for chocolate you stashed away. The back silhouette is punctuated by double box pleats echoing the deep cuff pleats on the sleeve, giving the shirt a pleasing visual composition. The shirt is ordained with functional real shell buttons, in a rimless two hole minimal shape.

Made out of our signature Astral-weave fabric, a 100% cotton lightweight poplin that is airy, ever-so-slightly sheer, and as soft as silk. It feels buttery against the skin, and only gets smoother with each wash.

The pale pink color is inspired by our favorite Carta Pura stationery called Rivoli. It is a soft, almost peach, pale, barely there pink that reads as a neutral. We think it's the perfect pink.
